Just leave it to our team to help you through all the steps to the completion of your project.

Alternatives to injection moulding

If your component is unsuitable for the injection moulding process, we also have machining capacity for plastic components that are better suited to fabrication by Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining or plate cutting services.

CNC machining

Allows for the creation of uniform and precisely manufactured components in both small and high quantities.

Plate cutting

Allows for the production of components, structures and products with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

If you are unsure which technique is most appropriate for your custom plastic moulding, send us a sketch of what you’re looking for. Our experienced product specification team will help you select the best option for your desired end.

Absolutely! Even if it’s just a rough sketch on a bit of paper, we can help turn it into a proper part. We’ll work with you every step of the way to make sure it’s just how you want it.

We’ve got quite a few options - Nylon, Polypropylene, PVDF, Acetal, Polyethylene, and Polycarbonate. Not sure which one’s best? No problem, just tell us what you need it to do and we’ll help you pick the right one.

It depends what you’re after. If it’s a one-off or a prototype, CNC machining or plate cutting works well. For injection moulding, you’ll usually need a bigger batch. We’ll chat through what makes sense for your project.
